Shipping/Returns

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for order processing. Express orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. CST to be processed same day. Shipping may take up to 6 buisiness days from the original ship date. (Weekends and holidays are not included in this time frame. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for mis-delivered or rejected packages due to partial or incomplete addresses. Customer is responsible for any re-shipment fees for rejected or mis-delivered packages.

DELIVERY

Shipping may take up to 6 buisiness days from the original ship date. (Weekends and holidays are not included in this time frame.) Crown™ is not responsible for delays in shipping due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping provider error (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) International orders take 3-4 business days to process and make take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive depending on location and customs clearance. Crown™ is not responsible for any customs, duty, or tax charges. During the Holiday Season (Christmas and the New Year) orders may take 5-7 Business Days for processing. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for mis-delivered or rejected packages due to partial or incomplete addresses.  Customer is responsible for any re-shipment fees for rejected or mis-delivered packages.

RETURNS

Items that are damaged in transit may be replaced. Damaged/defective items must be reported within 24-48 hours of receipt. Unused returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns. All sales are final for any items on clearance and will not be accepted as returns. Complete and submit the returns form, which is located HERE. This form must be completed in order to receive a credit or replacement.  Crown™ reserves the right to reject any return claims.
